Due to system integration, Gift Cards purchased before 1st July 2023 are not able to redeem directly for Term Class Booking.

Q: Where can I put in my gift card detail when I book for Experience Class?
A: Your gift card will be applied for checkout after the session on the day. By booking you are required to put in your credit/debit card details to secure your spots while we won't charge from it unless there's a no show.
Q: Do you sell physical gift cards?
A: We only have e-gift card for purchase at this moment. It will be sent through email to the recipient with a unique bar code and number for uses.
Q: Why my gift card is not able to use for Term Class payment?
A: Due to system integration, Gift Cards purchased before 1st July 2023 are not able to redeem directly for Term Class Booking. Please fill out the Old Gift Card Redemption Form and we will send you a new voucher code via email for future uses.
Q: How long does the gift card value?
A: Your gift card will not expire as long as the business is in operation.
